Tinapa Fried Rice Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups day-old brown rice
olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 pieces tinapa from bottled dried fish or tinapa in olive oil
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Tinapa Fried Rice cooking Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic for about 1 minute. Add the flaked tinapa; sauté for another 30 seconds.
- Add the egg, green onions, and brown rice. Stir-fry until well combined. Add soy sauce; continue stirring for another 1 minute.
- To make salsa: In a bowl, mix together tomatoes and cilantro.
- Transfer rice to a container and top with salsa.
